ETCMC V2 Terms and Conditions
These terms apply across the ETCMCv2 ecosystem, including website access, node software, VPN software, NFT licenses, ETCPOWv2 interactions, ClaimStake, smart contracts, hardware, and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. Automatic Binding Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Ethereum Classic Mining Community V2 ("ETCMC V2"). By accessing the ETCMC website or associated domains, downloading or using ETCMC V2 software, purchasing products, or interacting in any way with ETCPOWv2 tokens, NFT licenses, smart contracts, staking systems, nodes, or other ETCMC V2 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2. Scope of Application: These Terms apply to all services, content, products, software, hardware, licenses, node systems, VPN systems, blockchain interactions, and related infrastructure provided by or associated with ETCMC V2.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Universal Requirement: You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use ETCMC V2 services, interact with ETCPOWv2, purchase licenses, participate in staking, or operate nodes and other ETCMC V2 software. By using any part of the ETCMC V2 ecosystem, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. No Refund Policy
3.1. Final Transactions: All transactions within the ETCMC V2 ecosystem are final. This includes, but is not limited to, purchases of hardware, software licenses, NFT licenses (including mint, renew, and Furnace-related fees), token swaps, ClaimStake locks and related staking actions, subscriptions, service fees, and any on-chain fee burns. ETCMC V2 does not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges once a transaction has been initiated or a product, license, stake, or service has been delivered or locked on-chain.
4. Software, Nodes, and Licensing
4.1. Mandatory Registration: Users operating ETCMC V2 node-based products or other registered software may be required to register with accurate information, including a username or license ID number, a contact email address, and the ETC wallet address used for the initial purchase or associated with the NFT license.
4.2. Single Device Policy: Each NFT license is valid for use on a single device only unless ETCMC V2 expressly states otherwise for a specific product. Unauthorized deployment on multiple devices, duplicate environments, or unapproved virtual environments is prohibited.
4.3. NFT Ownership and Rewards: Users must hold the valid NFT license in their registered wallet address until rewards are distributed. If an NFT license is listed for sale, transferred, or otherwise no longer held by the registered wallet, the user is no longer considered the owner and forfeits rights to rewards associated with that node, service, or licensed product.
4.4. License Fees (Mint, Renew, and Furnace): NFT licenses may be minted, renewed, upgraded, or otherwise obtained through marketplace and smart-contract flows that require payment in ETCPOWv2 (or such other tokens as the live contracts specify). This includes, without limitation, new license mints, renewals (including Standard and Pro tiers), and Furnace conversion fees (for example, converting multiple Standard licenses into a Pro license). Published figures on the website or marketplace (such as indicative mint, renew, Furnace, or OG-claim amounts) are for reference only; the amounts actually charged are those enforced by the live smart contracts and marketplace parameters at the time of the transaction, and those parameters may change without prior notice. Consistent with Section 3, all license purchases, renewals, Furnace fees, and related fee burns are final and non-refundable.
4.5. Prohibited Acts: Tampering with, decompiling, reverse engineering, bypassing, or attempting to exploit ETCMC V2 software, backend services, node systems, VPN systems, licenses, or smart contracts is strictly forbidden. Any such activity may result in a permanent ban and the immediate revocation or suspension of associated licenses, access, and rewards.
5. Token and Staking Requirements
5.1. ETCPOWv2 and On-Chain Parameters: Interaction with ETCPOWv2, staking systems, and related contracts is governed by the live smart-contract and marketplace parameters in effect at the time of use. Required stake amounts, license fees, and related thresholds may change as those on-chain parameters are updated. Website or marketing figures are indicative only and do not override the contracts.
5.2. ClaimStake Coverage: ClaimStake is a per-license-ID staking mechanism. To be eligible for claims or rewards associated with a given NFT license ID that you operate, you must maintain the required ClaimStake coverage against that specific license ID in ETCPOWv2 (or such other token as the live contracts require), in the amount set by the current ClaimStake smart-contract parameters. Indicative amounts published from time to time (for example, a stated number of ETCPOW per Standard ID and a higher amount per Pro ID) are for reference only; the binding requirement is the on-chain parameter for each license type. License IDs that lack sufficient ClaimStake coverage are ineligible for claims and rewards for the period of insufficient coverage. You are solely responsible for staking against the IDs you operate; covering some owned IDs does not extend eligibility to uncovered IDs.
5.3. Non-Refundable Stakes and Locks: ClaimStake locks, related staking deposits, and any associated on-chain fee burns are final and non-refundable once initiated, consistent with Section 3. Unlocking, withdrawal timing, and any lock conditions are determined solely by the applicable smart contracts.
5.4. Token Risk: Interaction with blockchain tokens, staking contracts, and smart contracts involves significant risk. ETCMC V2 is not responsible for market volatility, blockchain congestion, third-party wallet failures, missed claims due to insufficient ClaimStake coverage, or losses resulting from user error, contract interaction, or irreversible blockchain transactions.
6. Use License and Restrictions
ETCMC V2 grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use its software and services for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not use ETCMC V2 products to abuse networks, interfere with service integrity, distribute malware, misuse access credentials, violate applicable laws, or engage in conduct that harms ETCMC V2, its users, or its infrastructure.
7. Service Availability and Usage Responsibility
All ETCMC V2 services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Availability may be affected by maintenance, software defects, hardware issues, node downtime, operator performance, blockchain conditions, wallet integrations, or infrastructure outages.
Users are responsible for complying with local laws when using ETCMC V2 products, including VPN-related services where applicable. ETCMC V2 does not condone illegal activity. You are solely responsible for your use of nodes, software, tokens, staking systems, licenses, and network services in any relevant jurisdiction.
8. License Suspension and Enforcement
ETCMC V2 may suspend, restrict, revoke, or disable software access, rewards, node participation, VPN access, licenses, or related services if a user abuses the network, violates these Terms, provides false registration information, undermines platform integrity, or engages in harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
9. Intellectual Property
All original content, logos, software code, documentation, design assets, and brand elements are the exclusive property of ETCMC V2 or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
10. Liability and Warranty Disclaimer
10.1. As Is Basis: All services, software, hardware, licenses, nodes, tokens, and related systems are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10.2. Limitation of Liability: ETCMC V2, its operators, and contributors shall not be liable for damages including, but not limited to, financial loss, data loss, hardware failure, missed rewards, service interruptions, or inability to use ETCMC V2 services or interact with ETCPOWv2 tokens and associated smart contracts.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
11.2. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
12. Modifications
ETCMC V2 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the ETCMC V2 ecosystem following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
